Where can I submit a help ticket?

There are two places you can submit a help ticket to the Hovr team. You can submit a ticket from the organization view and while in the Hovr admin

From the Organization View

  1. While in the “Organization View”, navigate to the top right corner
  2. Click on the word “Help”
  3. You will automatically be redirected to “Submit a TicketFrom the Hovr Admin View

From the Hovr Admin

  1. While in the “Hovr Admin”, navigate to the bottom left to the vertical bar
  2. Locate the “Question Mark”
  3. When you hover over it a menu will appear
  4. Click on “Submit a Ticket”
  5. You will automatically be redirected to “Submit a TicketFrom the Hovr Admin View

  6. Submit Help Ticket
